ParticipantI did a portrait of my sister as Rosella in this haunted mansion scene from The Perils of Rosella. http://nicolesmeltzer.com/2013/08/20/the-perils-of-ashley/
My sisters and I spent years playing this game, figuring out the riddles with no help or cheats. As a result, we have a lot of fond memories of the game. It’s still my favorite and I replay it every two years or so.

ParticipantHi! I just joined and am so excited to have found this website. I’ve been a huge fan of Sierra since I was a kid in the ’80s. I replay the games fairly often and still try to find ones I haven’t played yet.
My favorite is still King’s Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella. It was the first one I ever played. I finally beat it last year when my husband found a used copy and gave it to me for my birthday. It was hugely satisfying to finally beat that game! I… never knew there were cheat books, haha.
I recently did some cut-paper fan art from Rosella. You can check it out here if you want: http://themiddlestsister.com/2011/11/02/the-perils-of-rosella/#comment-142
I’m so happy to find these forums. I’ve played so many of the fan-created remakes and they are so impressive! I recommend them to people all the time.

ParticipantHi Everyone! I re-created a scene from KQ IV: The Perils of Rosella in cut paper here for my blog/comic: http://themiddlestsister.com/2011/11/02/the-perils-of-rosella/#comment-142
I’ve been a huge fan of Sierra games since I was a little girl. Over 20 years later, and I still love re-playing the games. The fan created remakes are amazing! King’s Quest IV is my favorite and I am anxiously awaiting the fan remake of that one.
I’m so glad to have found this site and forum!
