it prompts me for disk 1 and it was in the drive but it wont read it

i have tried dosbox it wont let it work either. i tried dosbox and it said cant create the file, and i tried the dos box installer for phantasmagoria and it doesnt work either.

i get the application error integer divide by 0 when it runs the speed test for cdrom what do i do about that?
