ParticipantI’m wondering whether any Sierra titles from BEFORE Kings Quest, such as the classic Mystery House or Time Zone, are still available to purchase or otherwise? As someone who was a relatively late newcomer to Sierra (my introduction was Police Quest, back in 1987), I wouldn’t mind seeing where it all started. 🙂

ParticipantYou could always buy the Roberta Williams Anthology. It contains all pre-King’s Quest games. Unfortunately, be prepared to pay around $100 for the collection. The collection contains an Apple Emulator on which you can play the games. Check e-bay for the collection.
If you are fortunate enough to come across the original games than be prepared to pay alot more for them…

ParticipantMany of the early games are around, but they are pretty much all “non-pc” games and require emulation. I’ve had pretty good luck tracking down “disk images”, especially for the apple ii versions.

ParticipantYou can always play a lot of the early AppleII games online here…
Make sure you’re using IE… It doesn’t work with FireFox.
