Strange Hidden File?

I recently began collecting vintage Sierra products. One of the first products I bought from eBay was a SCI version of King’s Quest IV. I was searching through the files of the game when I found a View file entitled “View000”. It’s a man in a bathing suit, sandles, and sunglasses. I’ve completed the game with all points possible and never encountered this person. Any ideas?
