Very cool design Ken !
However, the drop-down menus buggs me a bit- the width of them is one fixed, let me add overlong, size ! for exaggerate example, the “Sierra Fan Stuff” menu has 2 very short entries, but the menu width is totally out of proportion. My suggestion that you do a “max” function that gets the maximum entry size of the specific drop-down menu (just before it drawn), adds 5 and there you got a width! (you also may reduce a bit the time the menu stays without a mouse over it)
Last thing, I suggest to change the font&color&background color of the (grey) menus to something else
Everything written here is a constructive criticism!
