I have been longing to buy this for about 4 years . But Amazon doesn’t
ship to the country I lived in , and now when I’m finally in a country
Amazon does ship to and ordered it , it won’t accept my card .
I intend to buy it the moment circumstances smile . But
in the meanwhile , I wonder if anybody here can send me a scanned copy
of it . I don’t know if it is a copyright violation to share it with
someone – as in sending it in email and not uploading it . I do send
books and manuals when people request me to . I think it the same as
lending your book to a friend or neighbour . So if it isn’t illegal ,
somebody please send it to mysteriouself@hotmail.com . I am just that
depressed of waiting . It won’t be the same as actually holding the book
, but I can live with a pdf until I get to buy one . Thank you .
