Phantasmagoria infringement of copyright

Hello!
I want to report you that Polish youtuber and streamer Baniak Baniaka is playing on vision RPG scenario what is based on plot from your video game called Phantasmagoria without your permission. There is a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmYjgLsUOTc
I think it is serious infringement of copyright

Roberta and I gave up all of our rights to Phantasmagoria (and, all of sierra’s properties) when the company was sold.

I’m not sure who owns the rights these days…

Someday, Roberta and I would LOVE to do another game like Phantasmagoria. It was an awesome project, both for us to build, and for people to play.
