Does anyone know of a way to make pc internal speaker sounds come
through your sound card without any hardware “modding”? Maybe a DOS TSR
utility or some windows emulator? I’m just curious because I wanted to
hear games like Duke Nuk”u”m (the first one 🙂 ) through my Sound
Blaster. There is a patch for old Sierra games like King’s quest 1 so I
wondered if there was a way to do this throughout DOS.Thanks.

Yes, there is something called VDMSound. vogons.zetafleet.com is a big forum of DOSbox and any other kind of game running related problems. I wanted to play a game with the sound coming out of my speakers instead of the internal speaker and I downloaded VDMS and I did something with the config file? (It’s been awhile I can’t remember) but search the website and there should be acouple of topics about that. I actually asked that question in the forum and this is what other people responded to me:
