What can I say? You and Roberta are the ones who got me started on adventure games back in the heyday of the genre. I watched the Sierra logo pop up on my monitor for so many years, I still find myself whistling the Sierra fanfare at random times. (I do the same with the Apogee fanfare :P) Games usually don’t have such a huge importance in people’s lives, but I can’t tell you how many times I put my problems aside and immersed myself in your programs. I recently obtained a copy of Phantasmagoria 2, and I instantly got that old feeling of excitement and nostalgia I only get when playing a Sierra title for the first time. It’s a shame the legacy is over, but your retirement is well-earned, guys.
