Greetings! Since I know there are quite a few people here who will be interested, I wanted to pass along the word that a new Space Quest fan game, Space Quest 0: Replicated, was released earlier this week. Designed by Jeff Stewart, Replicated is based on the same technology as SQ1 and SQ2, features a fun adventure for Roger Wilco, and boasts the best looking 16-color graphics that I’ve ever seen. (Ken what about a Mystery House sequel?) Dear Ken,
What about a sequel to Mystery House? Lots of creative avenues to pursue there!?!?
I have to say that the sierra games slowly started circling the drain about the time of SQ4.
I think you should think of creating a new Game Engine something that doesn’t use the graphic interface.
Not to say i didn’t like what you guy’s (and gal’s) did at sierra but you repeated it over and over, there became a lack of intereset in each project the games were “fast food” compared to “home cooked”
