Linking to posts

Is there an easy way to post links on other websites, that point to specific threads here? There have been a few times that I’ve wanted to direct people here during a conversation on another message board, but since the threads here don’t have individual URLs, I can’t figure out how to do it… I read the post in Advanced Options about linking to other messages, but that seems to be only from within this site… -emily

Try this:
You should be able to link to messages here using the following…

Link: http://www.sierragamers.com/default.asp?msgid=7092(http://www.sierragamers.com/default.asp?msgid=7092) 

Replace the 7092 with the msgid of the message you want to link.
