In the About menu of the floppy version of KQ6 (for the PC, I don’t know about non-PC releases), there’s one menu option that’s missing from the CD version – the option to play a short sample of the theme song ‘Girl in the Tower’. In my copy of the game, the sample ends with horrible distorted noise. I always wondered if this was intentional, or it’s because of an error or something on my diskettes. Anyone knows?
By the way, I wanted to attach a wave recording of it, but I can’t find a way to attach files ever since the interface was changed. -
my guess is that the sound file is corrupt just because of whatever reason (might have worked fine on your old computer).
