ParticipantGood morning, upon hearing of the impending reboot of the King’s Quest series by Telltale games I wondered if Roberta Williams will be involved in any capacity or if any statement will be issued from her part. Being a fan of the series from back then I’d really like to have something to tie it back to the original.
In either case, thank you for your time and for the good memories.

ParticipantIt was certainly interesting to hear this news. They’ve got their hands full of so many properties right now. I wonder what they’ll do with the King’s Quest property. I would also love to know if Ken and Roberta have heard this news, if they’ve had any communication with Telltale, and what they think of this.

ParticipantThis is GREAT news. I’m a big fan of telltale and they’ve had huge success bringing graphic adventures back to the fore. I loved Sam and Max in the penal zone and really like the new Back to the future game they’ve released. In fact they made sure they got Bob Gale (writer of the BTTF screenplays) to act as an adviser on the game so it stayed true to the storyline. I’d be interested to know if Roberta gives her blessing? What next…Police quest or my big hope – SPACE QUEST 🙂 Anyways, of all the companies to take Kings Quest on board I think TellTale are the best we could ask for. Happy days!

This is very exciting indeed! I’ll definitely keep my eye on the news feed during GDC this week.
