Hi l sent a message yesterday, but the answer l got was pretty short, and to be honest l still don’t know what to do?
Basically im trying to run my kings quest collection (on 3 cd’s), and leisure suit larry ultimate pleasure pack on windows xp, l have windows xp home edition. I have no problems installing the game, but to run it is a problem. During installation of kings quest, l receive messages basically telling me that it would be better running it on DOS, than windows XP. And other messages like kings quest 5 is the only game in the lot that requires 256 color mode, so my question is, from your experience would it be better playing it on dos, than windows xp, or vice versa.
And when l did try to run it on dos, it cxame up with a screen, telling me to press a letter that was next to each game, to install it, well l did that, but nothing happrfened.
I’m really stuck here, and would love an answer, in a detailed format, if that could be possible, because my computer knowledge isn’t that great.
