Hi, Ken and everyone.
I have been reading most of your letters and like some have said it looks like you , Roberta, Jane and maybe Al as well have givin up on making adventure games. I have been studying the net and I see that things are changing very quickly and adventure games are making a come back. There are lots of little guys selling point and click adventure games and big companies as well. If you guys really wanted to make games again there is a market for games like the old sierra games again. I think it would be possible for all of you to get right back on top like you used to be very quickly. I would imagine Al has seen it but there is a page with thousands of his Leisure Suit Larry fans trying to get him to write more and the same with Gabrial Knight and Kings Quest.
If you can’t continue these sieries because of copyrights then I am positive people would still buy your games with new names and stories and just love them like we did all your old games. All the game companies are now aware of missing a good share of the market buy not making games that every one can enjoy and not just the kids and of course this means adventure games. I, like many other people like to exersise my wits rather than my fingers and that means people like us are looking for your kind of games. Just browse the web with an open mind and you will see what it mean. There is also a very well written artical about this subject on Just Adventure you might want to read.
