Hello, all. My name’s Chris, and I just wanted to introduce myself. I spent a good portion of my youth playing these games, and recently found this blast from the past when trying to research what information I could find about my favorite computer game company from back in the day, and what the original designers have been up to, since then. I’m just really happy to see this all didn’t just drop off the face of the planet, amidst all the mass-produced first-person shooter clones and MMORPGs.

There is a lot of good archived material on this site to be found. This forum is part of number of other Sierra community sites linked together at http://sierraforums.com/ . You may also wish to also explore some of these other sites and boards, many specializing in specific series. Some are more active than others, but you will find many other Sierra lovers to talk about these beloved games with. My own site, The Sierra Help Pages, is a great tech resource for getting these classics to run on modern machines and its board is probably the most active in the Sierra community.

Thanks for the welcome, and the heads-up! As a side-note, I’m the same guy, but I had to register again. There’s a problem with the site, where it allowed me to register with a password that had special characters in it, but won’t allow me to sign in, because of the special characters. I was able to get my password e-mailed to me, but I couldn’t figure out how to change it. I searched, but I couldn’t figure out the place to report this to. :-/
