If you play an uncracked copy of Gold Rush, and you pass the copy protection, you’ll see an opening screen that contains the MacNeill bros. logo (3 logos actually) and Sierra’s logo and a background of dark mountains at night (click here to see it).
If you crack the game, the opening screen you’ll see instead contains only Sierra’s logo, and a bright sunny grassy land with trees!! (click here to see it)
Anyone have an explanation for it?! -
