ParticipantHi all! Sorry if I posted this to the wrong forum, I wasn’t quite sure. I am preparing a book collecting encyclopedic articles on the subject of graphic adventure game classics, and was looking for contact information for Roberta and/ or Ken for an instant messenger interview session for the book. If anyone could help — info@blogoscoped.com is my email, and I’ll be in this thread, too 🙂thanks!

ParticipantKen is easily found: kenw at seanet.com….Roberta is refusing all interview requests. She is really appreciative that people still remember her games, but doesn’t like “looking backwards”.

Roberta is working full-time on her book. She did three years of historic research, and has been in the writing phase for about six months. I’m guessing she’ll have the book written within a year. I’m not sure what happens after that. The book is a historic novel, tracing Irish history; the Potatoe famine, and the Irish Immigration to the US.
I’m the last person on earth to ever read anything even vaguely historic, but she’s a great writer, and I’ve read the first four chapters. It has me captivated, and I’m looking forward to each chapter as it comes. If it can make history interesting to someone as ‘not into it’ as me, then there’s undoubtedly a market for the book.
