ParticipantGreetings Ken and Roberta,
This letter has been a long time in the coming. Shortly after purchasing Kings Quest 7 I decided it was high time that I sat down a wrote Roberta a long and heart felt letter expressing how from the early age of like, must’ve been 7 or 8, that the Kings Quest series awakened my love for adventure. SO there I was and I didn’t know where to send it. Wrote all about how she was my idol. A silly teenager I must’ve been crazy to write a fan letter to somone who made adventure games:) Anyways… I called the Sierra Online 800 # in my KQ7 CD insert and asked them how I could reach Roberta. The women didn’t even know who I was talking about. I explained that Roberta was her boss or atleast had been in the past as well as that she had been the author and programmer of one of the best selling adventure games series… not too sure of the chronology of when you guys sold the company but hey whatever:) So bound and determined to reach Roberta I sent the letter off to Roberta c/o Sierra Online. I suppose it never reached her but I just had to say that all this time I wanted to thank you 2 for all the good times I spent with yer programming and for all the hair I pulled out when I couldn’t solve the puzzels that gave me such bitter sweet pleasure. I think I may have even asked to have have a coffee date with Roberta and sit down human to human and just shoot the shit. I’m funy like that. Bottom line, I really respect and appreciate you 2 so, cheers to you both!

Apparnetly Hornby Island is amazing for swimming and sun tanning… just general relaxation, sea side, with a backdrop of temperate rainforest:) Safe Journeys to you Both

ParticipantWe flew over Hornby Island last week .. on a float plane. It looked great from the air. We’re a little south of it now, but you’ve got me thinking….
