ParticipantHi guys,
You may know our work best creating remakes of King’s Quest I and II over at http://www.agdinteractive.com
Ken William’s had mentioned once in an interview that he would like to see us creating original work. Since then, we’ve gone on to create an original title, Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman’s Mine, which is currently in the beta phase and nearing completion! It is a laugh-out-loud comedy taking place in the West. It includes great, logical puzzles, a storyline written by Daniel Stacy of King’s Quest II VGA fame, beautiful hand-painted backgrounds, highly detailed and fluid animations, etc. We’ve heard it’s a bit reminiscent of the Leisure Suit Larry series, but not quite as sexual, so it’s open to a wider audience.
I am looking for ways to get the word out to fans of classic adventure gaming that there is a completely original game about to be released–a game that is classic in style, but completely new and unique! I would appreciate it if you could spread the word of our most recent efforts, and let people know they can find more information at http://www.himalayastudios.com
Additionally, if you have any ideas as to how to reach out to other adventure gamers and spread the word, I would love to hear your ideas. I’m looking forward to hearing from all of you!
Sincerely,
