(re: RAMA: Do any of you remember that one?) Does anyone know if the novel was included with all copies of the game, or was it just a limited edition promotional thing?
On a side note, I notice some on-line retailers are still carrying the game, e.g. CDAccess who sells it at $14.95 without the box and $19.95 with the box.
