Ken, did you know that the Talkspot site can only be accessed if you have cookies enabled? Was that intentional? (When I try to go there with cookies turned off, I just get a ‘page cannot be found’ error… the average user probably won’t realize what the problem is and will think your site is down.)
I know you just said you have contracted with someone to write documentation for your software… I just wanted to mention that I am a professional writer.
