Ken & Roberta are quite supportive of our project. 🙂 They were both pretty impressed with our screenshots too! You can read more in the chat log.
You’re right that Ken & Roberta can’t get involved with our project because of legal reasons. Roberta also once mentioned that creativity-wise, it’s best to just have ONE main designer in charge (Cesar Bittar) or the end-product will suffer from too many creative differences, like King’s Quest: Mask of Eternity did.
We’ll be releasing more and more goodies to our site as we get closer to the game’s release. As for a demo, the closest thing to that would probably be a public beta with just a couple of scenes, since we don’t want to spoil too much before the game’s actual release. 😉
