I don’t want to discourage you, but to be honest, I seriously doubt you’d get anywhere trying to get Vivendi to sell you the copyrights. Not only would they not sell them, if they did, I’m sure the price would be astronomical. You should use your creative energy to create your own fantasy world / game idea in the spirit of the King’s Quest and Quest for Glory games.
