(re: Oakhurst Facility Rent) Anyways Ken, I have but one question, if one were to try to form a game company, and use the old Oakhurst building, could you give me a decent estimate of the monthly rent?? I know it sounds stupid but I am just curious!

I don’t think the old building is for rent .. but, if it were, I have no idea what it would rent for.
Off the top of my head:
I would think office space in Oakhurst would be cheap – perhaps $1 per square foot per month. I think the building was around 16,000 square feet – or, about $16,000 per month. That sounds high though…
