Sorry, I would have responded sooner, but I’ve been on a boat the last few days and unable to check email.
You’ve stumped me on this one. I’m usually fairly good at the legal stuff, but I honestly don’t know the answer. Personally, Roberta and I own ZERO rights to any of the copyrights associated with our games. Sierra controls everything.
Clearly, you can not step on Sierra’s copyrights without their permission. Historically, they have been very reluctant to grant these rights.
