As the copyright holder, Vivendi has every right to prevent someone from using their trademarked name (King’s Quest).
I think it’s pretty incredible that they’re allowing the Silver Lining
project to continue. What difference does a name make? We
all know it’s a continuation of the King’s Quest series. I’d much
rather play a game with a slightly changed title than no game at all.
