If you have the QFG Collection, this same info is in one of the many readmes that came on the disk, perhaps in the hidden section of the main readme (alhtough I just scrolled through it and didnt see it in there) but it does refer to what has already been mentioned about the four seasons thing and the character just not being ready for what Shadows of Darkness held in store for him…
