(re: re: Can anyone tell me what this is?) It was probably included on more than one collection. I got it from the 15th anniversary edition released in 1994. The FSG directory on the CD contains exactly the same files as the posted zip file (only each file in the zip file is dated exactly two hours earlier). I will, however post the full readme.txt file as well as a directory and file listing of the CD’s root for reference.
