I came across John Shroades' official site by complete accident, and was surprised to discover that this guy actually worked on some high-profile titles in the last years of Sierra as we knew it (from King's Quest 6 onwards). His site contains a gallery with amazing illustrations, that certainly bring to mind Sierra's golden age. Highly recommended!
